Who are the “elite?” Everyone and anyone who desires quality entertainment options without having to travel to larger cities for it. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is to support the development of entertainment venues and events that directly benefit programs and services for the youth of Odessa by bringing quality entertainment that both entertains and enlightens.

By collaborating with local organizations and engaging with the community, we strive to provide inclusive, accessible, and impactful opportunities for cultural arts and live entertainment events.
